A Hyrox-inspired competition built to prepare you for NYC race day/week.

Whether you’re solo, a duo, or relay team this will help you understand what your strengths AND weaknesses will be come race day.


Every athlete runs the same stations, same order, same standards



THE RULES:

  • Stations must be completed in their prescribed order
  • must complete station before moving forward
  • athletes will start in 10 minute waves, 4 per wave
  • sign-ups first come, first serve
  • Rest as long as you feel necessary
  • a judge will be present  to ensure standards
  • your time is your score
  • give it your all

Awards will be given to fastest female and male time

SkiErg - 1000 Meters

Assault Bike - 25 Calories


Farmer's Carry - 100 Meters

Men: 2 × 28 kg KB

Women: 2 × 20 kg KB


Deadlifts - 50 Reps

Men: 185 Ibs

Women: 115 Ibs


Walking Lunges - 100 meters

Men: 20 kg sandbags

Women: 12kg sandbags


Rower - 1000 Meters
